These Terms of Use and Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Room For Reflection Co.'s website, products, digital downloads, customer accounts, content, and services.

By accessing the website, placing an order, creating an account, downloading a product, or using our content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase our products.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the website or purchase products. If you use the website for a business or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that person or entity.

2. Digital products

Our products may include printable PDF journals, workbooks, prayer cards, guides, templates, and other digital materials. Unless a product page states otherwise, our products are digital products only. We do not ship physical journals or printed materials.

Product descriptions, images, previews, file formats, page counts, included materials, and compatibility information are provided on the applicable product page. Review the product description before purchase and contact us before buying if you need clarification.

3. Orders and account information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and when creating an account. You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it and for keeping your account credentials confidential.

We may refuse, limit, cancel, or review an order where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized resale, payment abuse, technical errors, duplicate orders, or violations of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid unless applicable law requires a different remedy.

4. Prices, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown on the website and may change before you place an order. A price change does not affect an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with you.

Applicable taxes, duties, or transaction charges may be calculated at checkout or may be collected by the payment provider or marketplace where required. You are responsible for charges that apply to your purchase unless the law places that responsibility on us or the payment provider.

You authorize the selected payment provider to charge the payment method you provide for the order total. We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

5. Delivery and downloads

Digital products are generally delivered by download link, customer account access, email, or a combination of these methods after successful payment. Delivery can be affected by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, payment review, platform outages, device limitations, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for providing a working email address, checking spam and promotional folders, maintaining access to your account, and using compatible software to open the files. If you do not receive your product, contact support@stillwatersjournals.com .

Download links and account access may be limited, expire, or require reissue for security, technical, or operational reasons. We may reasonably investigate unusual download activity or suspected sharing before restoring access.

6. Limited personal-use license

Subject to these Terms and full payment, Room For Reflection grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, print, and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use.

You may:

• Download the product for your personal use;
• Print reasonable copies for your own personal use; and
• Make a personal working copy solely for backup or device use.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, gift, share, publish, upload, distribute, or commercially exploit the files;
• Post the files or download links on a website, social platform, drive, group, forum, marketplace, or file-sharing service;
• Remove copyright, trademark, branding, watermark, license, or other ownership notices;
• Modify and redistribute the product as your own;
• Use the product to create a competing product, subscription, membership, course, or service;
• Use the product in paid client work, group programs, church distribution, therapy, coaching, or business operations unless we give written permission; or
• Circumvent technical restrictions or help another person do so.

A purchase is for one customer or one household unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Contact us if you need a church, group, classroom, business, or commercial license.

7. Intellectual property

All website content and products, including text, graphics, illustrations, layouts, designs, logos, prompts, page structure, files, and compilation of materials, are owned by Room For Reflection Co. or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

These Terms grant a license, not ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

You grant Room For Reflection a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that submission for operating, promoting, improving, and publicizing our business, subject to our Privacy Policy and any written agreement with you.

We may decline, remove, edit, or refuse to publish submissions. Do not submit confidential information or personal information about another person without permission.

10. Educational and spiritual disclaimer

Our products are intended for personal reflection, journaling, educational, and spiritual-support purposes. They are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, crisis, pastoral, or professional advice and are not a substitute for a qualified professional.

We do not promise that a product will produce a specific emotional, spiritual, health, relationship, financial, or life outcome. If you are experiencing an emergency, immediate danger, suicidal thoughts, abuse, or a serious mental-health crisis, contact appropriate emergency or crisis resources in your location.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the website, products, features, files, pricing, or account functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to provide access to purchased products, but we do not promise that every product, file format, feature, or download method will remain available indefinitely.

If a purchased product becomes unavailable and no reasonable replacement or access solution is available, your remedy may include a refund where required by law or under our Refund Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, files, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to a particular purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Room For Reflection Co. and its owners, personnel, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of another person's rights, or misuse or redistribution of our products.

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, account, downloads, or license if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, distribute our products without permission, create security risk, or where reasonably necessary to protect our business or users.

Termination does not remove rights or obligations that should reasonably continue, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, restrictions on use, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute provisions, and any provisions that by their nature survive termination.

16. Governing law and disputes

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@stillwatersjournals.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

The governing law, courts, venue, arbitration terms, and consumer-rights rules should be completed by a qualified attorney based on the legal entity's location, business operations, and target markets. Do not publish a governing-law or arbitration clause until it has been reviewed for enforceability in the jurisdictions where you sell.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising mandatory rights under the law that applies to the consumer.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
